What we do: • • • Support coaches & all athletic programs at CTMS Work with district as needed Build spirit within CTMS athletic family Help communicate with members and parents Manage budget, fundraising, charitable donations, spirit wear, concessions (except football), game day meals, uniforms/event tshirts, tournaments & hospitality, etc…. October 15, 2021

Important 2017/2018 Information: • • Fa Fall Athletic Apparel • • Boy’s Online store open now until 4/23 - https: //ctmsfootball. itemorder. com/ Riddell here tonight for sizing/purchase if you want your own helmet (not required) Girl’s Online store open now until 4/19 - https: //cmtsgirlsathletics. itemorder. com/sale Spirit wear also available Required Physicals • • Thursday 5/4 during Athletics/PE $20 person 100% goes back to ABC!!! Conducted by MD’s October 15, 2021

Important 2017/2018 Information: Fall Fundraiser • • • Girls run-a-thon & Boys weight lifting Minimum 10 sponsor letters for each athlete, can also email to friends/family Businesses are the largest donors Raised $20 K & $28 K past two years Primary source of funding Concessions • • Volleyball/Basketball/Track All families must sign up for one, one-hour time slot per student, per sport/season Coaches will assign a spot if you don’t sign up, get your spot covered or talk to a coach Athlete playtime reduction possible • • Fa Fall October 15, 2021

Important 2017/2018 Information: Game Day Meals • • • Football/Volleyball/Basketball Parent pays a fee and all pre-game meals covered for the season Purchased and distributed by parent volunteers Scholarships available; please donate if you are able Forms will be available at Fall meeting Want to get involved? • • ABC Board open positions: Treasurer (2 -year commitment) , Fundraising Assistant (move to chair next year) Help with game day meals distribution (one or multiple days – flexible) October 15, 2021
