Strategic Plan Efforts to Improve Internal Controls As of March 6, 2012 Established a Finance Committee which meets weekly Hired a Bookkeeper who works Monday – Friday, 8 AM-12 Noon Established protocol whereby daily financial management overseen by P. E. C. Board V. P. who serves as Finance Committee Chairman 7
