21 st Meeting of ASEAN Senior Officials on Environment The 21 st ASOEN, 4 -5 August 2010, Ha Noi - Viet Nam Concept Paper for Action Plan to implement the ASEAN Leaders’ Statement on Joint Response to Climate Change (AAP-JRCC) was presented and recorded in the 21 st ASOEN Report. It had been revised during the Meeting and sent to AMS for further comments and contributions; and requested to be delivered by end of August for the first revision finalisation. 12
