MISSION l The mission of the Association for Education and Training "Top. Formalis" Oradea is to raise the quality of the educational process and of the services offered by this domain.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION l l l l Raising the level of educational and professional training of students and undergraduate students. Developing the scientific, methodological and psycho-pedagogical competencies of the faculty that teaches in schools and universities. Supporting the educational agents (students, parents, teachers) who are in the middle of any type of educational crisis. Promoting life long learning through all possible ways including unconventional media (e-learning, m-learning etc. ) Developing the educational management Developing an academic community that is based on non-formal education Implementing research activities in education Designing and managing educational projects

Main activities: l l l l organizing academic activities and events that are specific to formal and nonformal education (elective classes, accredited programs of professional educational training, seminars, workshops, scientific conferences, artistic, educational or spare time events, etc. ) offering educational services to all educators that experience moments of educational crisis (programs of Cognitive therapy type A and B, elements of therapy for different physical and psychological deficiencies, educational counseling etc. ) offering managerial consultancy to educators and leading structures in education establishing educational and cooperative partnerships with other national or international structures that promotes similar values to our association designing, writing and implementing research projects/ developing/ innovation in education editing educational books, magazines, booklets, advertisement prompts etc. in a printed or electronic form creating a Documenting and Information Center on-line for education identifying, promoting and disseminating the model of good practice in education

How can you become a member of Top. Formalis Association? l Any person can become a member, honorific member or partner of the Association if the following terms are met at the same time: l does not have any criminal record that might make them unworthy of this right l adheres to the purpose and objectives of the Association l has the recommendation of another member of the Association l is approved by all members of the Directory Council

Other specifications The membership is gained after the Directory Council approves the formal request of the solicitor and after he/she accepts the terms of the present status of the Association. l By the vote of Directory Council, any person of Romanian or other nationality can become a member of the Association if he/she has given a significant contribution for promoting and achieving the purposes and activities of the Association. The quality of honorific member does not assume the rights and obligations of other types of membership. l The membership is personal and cannot be transferred to other people. l

Seizing to be a member Membership seize to exist when: • the person gives up the membership • the person is excluded from the association • the person dies. All members can give the membership at any time. The membership seize to exist when the person writes a formal request to the Secretary of the Association. The request does not have to be motivated.

The rights of the members: l l l l l To participate to the General Meeting To propose for discussion or debating during General Meetings any topic that is relevant for the Association To vote on any issue that the General Meeting discusses during the regular meetings To agree or disagree with the decisions made by management or the executive body To accede, by vote of the actual administration, in any of the functions that are available in the association To summon, within the conditions of the actual status, the meeting of the deliberative body To request and to have access, on their personal expense, to the photocopies of the Association papers (decisions, rules, regulations etc. ) To beneficiate and to exclusively use the Association goods for professional reasons that are mentioned in the status of the association To be remunerated in any possible way for his/her activity after it has been voted by the General Meeting To give the membership

The obligations of the members: l l l l To pay the initial fee and the annual fee (exceptions are the honorific members and partners) To respect the status of the association To support the Association in organizing and developing the actions voted by the administration To promote, through professional and scientific behavior the objectives and the purpose of the Association To obey the decisions made according to the law and the actual status by the Association administration To use the goods of Association professionally and not personally or against the purpose and the objectives of the Association To restrain himself or herself from declarations or public personal actions that might prejudice the image and the activity of the Association To not initiate actions without the approval of the administration that might involve in any way the association
