Unit Progress Tests K-3 The Student Unit Profiles provided with each Unit Progress Test help teachers gather results to identify strengths and weaknesses and to record ELLs’ progress in each unit. • Use the level of the student profiles that matches the level of the test: Beginning Stages 1 -2
• Use the answer key at the back of the Unit Progress Test Handbook to check the test items. • Record the number of correct answers in each section and multiply them by the number of points in the profile for each correct answer. Record the total score for each section. • Add the scores for all the test sections to calculate the GRADE. • Record the data in the Student Summary Profile for each unit.
