ASL Sculpture Well known for his ASL iconicity image in his paintings Iconicity is the conceived similarity or analogy between a form of a sign (sign that looks like the real thing) For example: sign “Cat” to describe what cat looks like "arbitrariness of language" is that for the signs, which is no relationship between the objects associated with the sign. For example: sign “math” has no image associated with math or sign “France” has nothing to do with France. Aesthetics , beauty of the image, is very important! Aesthetics mean something is very beautiful to look at.
