Video Narrative Guide • • Video submission are to be between 20 to 60 minutes in total length using the structure as a guide in your video narrative. If video is between 40 -60 minutes in length, please break into 20 minute segments. No institution logo, patient identifying information, date, etc. , details on the video; Videos CANNOT contain any patient information, physician names, medical record numbers, etc. Videos must be HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliant. If there any perceived HIPAA violations, the submission WILL be automatically rejected. Ask your endoscopy vendor to turn off these details when you record the videos to present a clean video. Narrate in English starting with the title. Convert your presentation into MP 4 or MOV file Video size recommended for high definition: 1920 x 1080 (square pixel ratio) or 1280 x 720 (square pixel ratio), both for 16: 9 aspect ratio. Bit Rate: 5 Mbps (for 720) or 10 Mbps (for 1080). Video size recommended for standard definition: 720 x 480 (0. 9 pixel ratio) for a 4: 3 aspect ratio or 720 x 480 (1. 2 pixel ratio) for 16: 9 aspect ratio.
