Week 3, Task 3: Artist research page on Edward Hopper “We are all Edward Hopper Paintings now”. Edward Hopper is famous for creating quiet paintings representing solitude of human nature. These are particularly relevant in the current lock down situation where individuals will be experiencing isolation and loneliness in homes on their own. Your task is to produce a research page on Edward Hopper including: • An artist copy (this can be a drawn/painted response or a photography response – plan either one well, and remember you can zoom into part of the image to draw making it easier) • A title – Edward Hopper – plan this well and creatively, linking to the style of the art • Pictures of his original work stuck neatly in.
