Artificial Lift R&D Council (ALRDC) ALRDC. The Artificial Lift Research and Development Council (ALRDC) is a non-profit 501(c)6 organization intended to facilitate: • Cooperative efforts in artificial lift research and development. • Improved acceptance and use of artificial lift technologies through improved dissemination, implementation, training, and sharing of recommended practices. ALRDC Membership in ALRDC is open and free of charge to: • All oil-field operating company personnel – both majors and independents – that use artificial lift in their business. • All service and consulting company personnel that offer artificial lift products and/or services. • All university personnel that offer an artificial lift program. ALRDC Services. ALRDC offers the following services to its members: • Sharing of ideas and recommended practices. • Sharing of information on artificial lift products, services, training courses, workshops, seminars, etc. • Facilitation of R&D projects that can be best addressed by sharing costs and/or resources. ALRDC Web Site. ALRDC operates a public web site at www. alrdc. com. This site contains all: • ALRDC documents. • ALRDC meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes. • Case histories and recommended practices. • On-line forum for discussing artificial lift topics of interest. • Pertinent artificial lift R&D projects. • Information on artificial lift workshops and seminars. • Information on artificial lift technical committees that work through API and ISO. Participation Vital. For ALRDC to successfully serve the artificial lift industry, broad participation by personnel in Operating Companies, Service Companies, Universities, and Consultants is essential. We strongly encourage you to register (it’s free) and to start using ALRDC’s services. If you wish to advertise your goods or services via ALRDC, this is possible for a small fee.
