Technik • Anästhesie: ITN, ev reg. Blockade (Winnie) • Lagerung: Beachchair, Seitenlage • Zugänge: Standard posterior, anterior, lateral, Neviaser • Instrumente • Naht und oder Dübel
Vorteile • kleine Zugänge (= k(l)eine Narben) • Inspektion und Therapie Glenohumerales Gelenk • keine Ablösung m deltoideus • geringerer Weichteilschaden • geringere postop Schmerzen und Rehabilitation • Geringeres Infektrisiko
Nachteil • technisch höchst anspruchsvoll • Umstieg auf offene Verfahren muß beherrscht werden(Aufklärung)
