Sustantivos �“sustantivos” means “nouns” in English. A noun = a person, place or thing. �In Spanish every noun has a gender, either masculine or feminine �Almost all nouns that end in –o are masc. �Almost all nouns that end in –a are fem.

Artículos �“The” in English is called a definite article �There are four ways to say “the” in Spanish.
