Structure • Each portfolio to have a max of 7 members (others can be seconded) but ideally one from each state/territory. • Each portfolio to develop their own Vision, Objectives, Timeline for the portfolio. • Ministerial Advisory Committee to be the arbiter of all communication between ARMA and government at all levels. • Volunteer Projects Portfolio to establish the key partners to work with (e. g. Blaze Aid, Clean up Australia). • Association Affiliation Portfolio to establish links and liaise with different associations and groups that have similar interests to ours. This portfolio is responsible for creating the “Recreational Motorists” profile. • Insurance Products Portfolio is tasked to manage all insurance requirements for ARMA and members as per constitution, and seek additional insurance options such as comprehensive vehicle insurance, providing discounts for members. • There may be other specific roles required by committee members on the main committee, however the main committee has responsibility for oversight, not necessarily the work to be done.
