Ariba Contracts: Initiate e. Signature 1 Compile all the contract documents into one PDF file. Upload your PDF to the Final Documents folder on the Documents tab. Leave the originals in the Contract Documents folder. 2 3 1 2 Click the name of the pdf file. 3 From the menu, select Publish. 4 4 Go to the Tasks tab. 5 Click E Signature for Contract Documents. 6 From the menu, select View Task Details. 5 6 Page 1

Signature 7 8 Note: If you have not yet placed the final document in the Final Documents folder and published it, you will see an error message. 7 When the document is published to the Final Documents folder, the signature form will open. Double check that the Final Documents folder contains all documents that need to be signed. 9 10 Internal signers are already selected via the template based on the selected Signatory Authority. You must add the supplier contact. Click Add Signer. From the menu, select From this supplier… A list of contacts for the supplier will appear. If the signer appears in the list, select them. Scroll to the signature blocks. 2 Use the dropdown menu in the toolbar to select the signer. 3 Drag the required fields from the toolbar on the left to the signature blocks. Page 5 3 1

Ariba Contracts: Initiate e. Signature 7 Format the File in Docu. Sign 7 Click Preview. Note: If Preview is not available, click Send and Docu. Sign will ask if you want to preview. 8 Click Auto-Advance or use the arrows to manually step through the signatures. 9 If you need to make edits, click <Go Back. 10 If everything is correct, click Send to send the document to the signers.
