HOW TO FIND CREDIBLE SOURCES • Remember that you CANNOT use. com websites! • The only websites you use are. gov. edu. net or. org! • Every article you find must have an author’s name unless it’s an organization like if it’s something published by the U. S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (they would be the author) • Every article you find must have a date of publication. It needs to have at least a year of publication if not a full date. (Remember it cannot be older than 2010!)

If you find your topic on here, this site can count as 2 articles since it presents both an opposing and supporting argument. HOW TO USE THE GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE • When you type your topic into Google, make sure you type in a question. Not just the topic alone. • If I only typed in “higher education” it would not give me the results I need. • Change the questions according to what you’re looking for.
