In the early 1920 s, America was going through a period of economic fortune. People were thriving with the lifestyle of the “Roaring 20 s, ” which was a time of rich living. It was called the “Roaring 20 s” because the way of life of loud, rich, new, and exciting. Much was happening, and money was being spent. This time period had a huge impact on American, particularly with music and fashion. � The music during this time period was loud and jazzy. It was a period of deep soul felt music, and it started with…… � During this time, fashion also was changing in America. Girls started to cut their hair shorter, and wear their skirts higher. It was a time of huge fortune, loud laughter, and flashy cars. With a lot of money to be spent, a lot was happening that was new and thrilling for the people who lived in the 1920 s. �

Every child in America has the opportunity to attend a public school. Depending on the area, some schools choose to do year round school instead of a nine month track. But a child still needs time to be a child. They need time to focus on a life that is separate from school. Schools should just be on a nine month track so children can have more time with their families, and so that they can focus on their hobbies. Students should be able to spend the summers with their families. Summer is the best time of the year to be able to take trips and enjoy the lovely weather.
