Gemensam handlingsplan Teknikföretagen - IF Metall Arbetsförmedlingen

Syfte • Huvudsyftet med denna handlingsplan är att bidra till industrins kompetensförsörjning och ge ungdomar en väg in i arbetslivet. • Handlingsplanen omfattar en arbetsprocess för samarbetet mellan Teknikföretagen, IF Metall och Arbetsförmedlingen. Målgrupp • Långtidsarbetslösa ungdomar med eller utan grundläggande gymnasiekompetens som saknar teknisk och industriell utbildning och erfarenhet.

Arbetsprocess • Arbetsförmedlingen matchar ungdomar utifrån arbetsgivarnas kravspecifikationer. • Arbetsgivarna väljer ut de lämpligaste kandidaterna. • Arbetsförmedlingen erbjuder dessa kandidater en förberedande arbetsmarknadsutbildning på fyra månader. • Efter avslutad och godkänd arbetsmarknadsutbildning erbjuds ungdomen en tidsbegränsad anställning hos de aktuella företagen. Detta sker med stöd av Yrkesintroduktionsavtalet mellan IF Metall och Teknikföretagen.
