BJOG 117: 258 -267 (2010) • Nach einer Konisation ist das relative Risiko einer Frühgeburt vor der 37. Woche um das 3 -fache erhöht, nach zweimaliger Konisation um das 10 -fache ! • Das gilt auch für eine LEEP-Konisation. • Konushöhe ist ein Risikofaktor (weniger das Volumen des Konus oder Umfang).
