Introduction The Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company (SEDC) has been paying, sinception, attention to the information technology as a fundamental means of developing the operational performance of the Company, thus it adopted numerous technologies and consolidated efforts, at all levels of management, and all the factors of success both at the level of commitment of senior management or the provision of financial support and qualified technical staff and users to drive this technology boom.
