“Aptitude is basically defined as an acquired ability of an individual to perform certain tasks. It indicates the potential of the individual to perform well in that specific job role. ” Studies have shown that overall the aptitude tests are quite accurate in predicting the potential for success. Technical or functional knowledge is not sufficient for success in a job role.
