April’s Rhymes This past month has been a great success with the children as the nursery has been filled with lovely rhymes and songs. We have tried to help poor Humpty from falling down and pretended to be Jack or Jill carrying our pales of water. Most of our art activities have the rhyme or song attached to it so that you can sing along with your children when they bring them home. A Healthy Option Why not be a part of our theme this month by surprising your child with an under the sea themed lunch one day. Looking forward To May This month our theme will be Under The Sea in which we will be exploring what goes on beneath the water, the things you find living on the ocean floor and the ways in which we can explore the sea ourselves. We will be getting wet with a few water games and thinking about how we would like it if we lived in water. If your child has a favourite book or toy related to this topic please feel free to bring this to share with the class. We will also remain focused on including colours and shapes in our general day to day life. Please Remember If your child is still in pampers please ensure that you send a supply along with baby wipes at the beginning of each week. A spare set of clothes is an essential item in your child's bag every day unfortunately accidents can happen. Oxford Nursery Newsletter –Forgiveness Class - May 2015
