Apprenticeship Recruitment Process No Within 2 Day Manager identifies vacancy as suitable for possible Apprenticeship Line Manager to complete ‘position form’ and email Sap. support@her tscc. gov. uk to update SAP to include apprentice position ANNEX C Authorisation to Recruit form states why the vacancy not suitable for an apprentice Follow standard recruitment process Yes Notify Learning Partner (LP) HR Resourcing Partner (RP) & HR Business Partner (BP) Send JD and person spec asap or when available Within 5 - 7 working days LP contacts Children Looked After Team to make aware of position and identify potential suitable candidates Does role have existing Apprenticeship H 1 Job Description / framework? Yes No LP works with Manager to create H 1 Job Description and advert for post LP contacts NAS with JD to identify suitable Apprenticeship Framework and training provider LP to check database of pre identified CLA pool Suitable CLA candidates identified? No Within 5 – 10 working days Yes Within 7/8 working weeks Arrange case conference for CLA/ vunerable apprentice before start date Check other vunerable groups for potential candidates before proceeding Training Provider uploads vacancy To AVOL (on-line) Applicant completes application form and person spec Manager arranges interview Shortlist of candidates submitted by college to manager Suitable candidate Recruited?
