Do Perivale Nursery children get preference? • No. Attending our nursery does not mean you will automatically get a Reception place at Perivale. • The Local Council will allocate places according to our admissions criteria.

Your choices • You can choose up to 6 different schools • You can choose schools in another borough • Eg if you live in Brent you can choose an Ealing school and visa versa. • BUT please make sure that your choices are close to you – if you live too far away you will not be offered a place.

Once you have made your choices Complete an online application form www. eadmissions. org. uk Please remember Faith schools also require a separate application form to be completed – available from direct from the school

Registering online • You need to register first at www. eadmissions. org. uk • You will receive an email with log in details and a password • If you have already processed a Primary or High School Application for another child you will already a been issued with a username and password • You will then be able to fill in, complete and submit your application online • You will be given a unique reference number when you have successfully submitted your application. Keep it safe and email it to Psa@Perivale. ealing. sch. uk • If you are applying for Voluntary Aided School or Faith school you may need to complete Supplementary Information form

Things to include on your form • Add any siblings who will still be attending the school next Sept 2021. This will give your child priority • Add details of additional needs or health needs if appropriate • Choose 6 schools and place them in order of preference.

Documents • Proof of date of birth. (Proof of address no longer required) • You can scan documents and attach to online form.

Deadlines You must have submitted you application by: Friday 15 th January 2021 If your child attends Perivale Nursery please email your 16 digit confirmation number to: Psa@Perivale. ealing. sch. uk

Offers You will receive an email on the evening of 16 th April 2021 with the outcome of your application You need to respond to your offer via the same website www. eadmissions. org. uk Deadline to respond to your offer: 30 th April 2021

If you are not happy with the school you have been offered Do not decline the place offered. Hold onto the place until you have secured an offer at an alternative school. Speak to Admissions on 020 8825 5511 You will automatically remain on the waiting lists of schools higher on your preference list. If you decline the place offered you may find yourself without a school. Always hang onto the place offered. There is always movement with the waiting lists. You can lodge an appeal if you feel that you have a strong case www. ealing. gov. uk/admissions.

If your child attends our nursery, we need your personal 16 digit reference number If you don’t have this number you have not submitted your application Your reference number will look like this : 304 -2021 -09 -E-xxxxxx When you have your personal reference number Please email it to Psa@Perivale. ealing. sch. uk
