WHAT IS TRIGONOMETRY? Trigonometry is a another form of math dealing with the relationship of the sides and angles of triangles. This relationship can be understood by the six trig functions sine, cosine, tangent, cosecant and secant.

WHEN WILL I USE TRIG IN MY LIFE? Trigonometry is not exclusive to school, it can be used in a different number of ways. There a select number of careers out there that require the use of trigonometry.

MATH TEACHER The obvious career that trigonometry can be applied to is a math teacher specifically one in the trigonometry department Students have to be taught how to use trig functions, about the unit circle and so on. ANIMATOR Animators use trig for the placement of characters and objects.
