SIX KINDS OF CALCIUM PHOSPHATE CERAMICS WERE INSTALLED IN THE RABBIT’S TIBIAE: Ca. HPO 4, Ca(HPO 4)2 H 2 O, Ca 9(PO 4)6(OH)2, Ca 10 (PO 4)6(OH)2, Ca 3(PO 4)2 e Ca 2 P 2 O 7. The fluorescense microscopy was used in order to observe the periodic osteoconduction/deposition properties of the different ceramics of calcium phosphate. The animals were subcutaneously injected with fluorescent apatite labeling chemicals. Alizarin was injected in the 2 nd and 3 rd , calcein in the 4 th and 5 th and tetracycline in the 6 th and 7 th postoperative weeks. Sacrifice took place in the 8 th week. The technique used for calcified tissue histologic preparation is the one developed by Karl Donath from the Hamburg University (Donath, K. Die Trenn -Dünnschliff-Technik zur Herstellung histologischer Präparate von schneidbaren Geweben und Materialen. Der Präparator, 34: 197 -206, 1988). 2

“Klinische Anwendungen“

Klinischer Fall (1) wo man den Verlust des 21. Zahnes sieht, mit einer kleinen Atrophie der Vestibuläre Kortikalis. Einfügung des Titanimplantats mit Ausfüllung durch Einpflanzungsmaterial infolge Gewindedarstellung. SAJ

Endgültige Ausfüllung mit Einpflanzungsmaterial und Bedeckung mit Kollagenmembran. Der Zweck ist das Wachsen des Bindegewebes zu kontrollieren. Die Schleimhaut wurde mit unterbrochenen Nähten aus Nylon geschlossen. SAJ

Klinischer Fall 2 – zahnalveolare Region, nach einer Extraktion, mit gefährlichem Knochendefekt. Installation eines Titaniumimplantates mit teilweise Darstellung des Körperteils. SAJ

Nach drei Wochen Klinischer Fall 2 – Anpassung und Ausfüllung der Region mit Einpflanzungsmaterial (HA) und Bedeckung mit Weichgewebe (Schleimhaut). Ansicht der äusseren Knochenwand nach 3 Wochen. SAJ

Klinischer Fall 3 – Sofortige Installation von Titanimplantat nach der Extraktion von einer gebrochenen Wurzel. Ausfüllung des Defekts mit synthetische HA zusammen mit einem Vitaminkomplex gegen die oxidative Aktion. Bedeckung mit Kollagenmembran um das schnelleren Wachsen des Bindegewebes zu vermeiden. SAJ

Kiefernhöhle Membrane Knochenersatzmaterialen und splitter von alveolarknochen Beendigung der chirurgischen Vorbereitung mit Begin der Ausfüllung der hergestellten künstliche Höhle. Einfügung des Materials in der Knochennische wo die Kieferhöhlemembran nicht gerissen wurde. Installation des Titaniumimplantats für die SAJ totale Schließung der gerade hergestellten Knochennische.

7 - 8 mm HA und vitamin Komplex Grenze von alveolar knochen und maxilares sinus Röntgenbild vom fertigen Fall Nr. 6, wo man die Konture und Aufhellung der Kieferhöhle wegen der Anwesenheit des eben inseriertes Pferpflanzungsmaterials, zu beobachten sind. Einschritt in Richtung Kieferhöhle von etwa 7 bis 8 mm ist zu beachten. SAJ
