Manchester City Council Response from agencies could require more than 10 days if a more complex case. 5 working days Gateway to ASB Case Review (formerly Community Trigger) Council / GMP / Registered Housing Provider / Partners conduct partnership review, decide if threshold is met and make any recommendations. Acknowledgement sent to complainant with written consent pro-forma (if consent not confirmed) authorising information sharing with relevant named agencies for the purpose of the ASB Case Review. On receipt of written consent, ASBAT requests information from relevant partners Registered Housing Providers Greater Manchester Police Partners ASB Case Review Panel Head of Neighbourhood Delivery Review of ASB Case Review response and sign off from Head of Neighbourhood Delivery. Response to ASB Case Review sent to Applicant Resolution Escalation to Deputy Chief Executive, Chair of CSP, if complainant not satisfied. Further review “appeal” to be requested with 20 working days of date of ASB Case Review response letter. September 2014
