Why a process? • To avoid presenting Askey in a damaging way, not anyone can publish an App in Askey’s name • In order to ensure consistency and that things are done in a professional manner, a clear process is established. • This process has to be followed by anyone who wants to develop an App and publish it.

Publishing an Askey App on Apple Store or Google Marketplace App User testing Responsible : Archer & Team • Once the App is completed and tested by the software team, a minimum of 10 people receive the App via the Askey Cloud page or tools such as Testflight/Testfairy and test the app. • Archer & Team will run two basic tests for stability and usability. The result will be an App review score sheet. • If App does not pass the User Test and Basic Score, Archer & Team need a plan from the app. owner to improve the App and then they will submit it again when it is ready. • The App will be handed over to Marketing (today and until further notice – Maya) with the User Test and Basic Score. App is prepared for publishing Responsible : Marketing (Maya) 1. App Logo Definition and preparation 2. Text copywriting – descriptions and USPs 3. Screenshot preparation – all relevant and necessary screenshots are cleaned up for publishing 4. Translations of texts in various languages depending on markets 5. Defining the Regional stores the App will be published on App Release Go for publishing meeting Responsible: Archer Participants: Archer. Team, PM & Marketing • All defined elements are reviewed • Publisher checks that they have all necessary elements • If all ok-> Go for publishing • If something is missing -> prepare and a new meeting is organized. • The App can only be published during a weekday – 24 Hrs – and should be always ready for rollback or removal during the 24 Hr-period.
