2021 Exam Fees • $95 per exam • Free/Reduced Lunch Students: No fee – email Mrs. Olson to confirm status • Financial Assistance is Available: For students who do not qualify for free/reduced lunch and need assistance, email Mrs. Olson • $40 non-refundable late fee if payment is made after the ordering deadline • This applies to ALL students, including students with financial need • NO CANCELLATION FEES this year per College Board

AP Exam Ordering & Payments Three Step Process STEP ONE Place order through College Board (All exam orders MUST be placed through College Board!) Get the join code from your AP Teacher(s) 2. Sign into “My AP” with your College Board account and follow the steps to join your section online: 1.

Register for exams in “My AP” • We require you to indicate your exam registration, so you will see a “Register” button in your class section view in ”My AP” after you join your class sections. Clicking this button will let Mrs. Olson (AP Coordinator) know that you plan to take the exam(s) https: //myap. collegeboard. org/login

AP Exam Ordering & Payments STEP TWO **Exams will NOT be ordered unless payment is made in full 1. Important Dates & Fee Information • October 5 th: Exam registration & payment begins • October 5 th - November 6 th: ORDER YOUR EXAM!! $95/exam • November 7 th – March 5 th: $135/exam. During this time a $40 LATE FEE per exam ($95/exam + $40 late fee/exam) • March 5 th 11: 59 PM: ordering is closed • May 3 rd – May 13 th: Take your exams **Please note, late fee will be automatically added to the fines list **There will not be any cancellation fees this year

Financial Need If you qualify for free or reduced lunch: 1. Register for exams on College Board 2. Email Mrs. Olson to let her know you qualify 3. Submit this form: https: //forms. gle/H 9 Gtdfz. AP Rules, Procedures, Policies • All AP policies are non-negotiable & are established/enforced by the College Board • Common Questions/Concerns: • Exam Dates/Times are set nationwide & cannot be changed • Absolutely no electronics allowed in testing site (except approved calculators for math/science) • Leave cell phones behind • No food or water allowed in testing site • Teachers cannot be present at site during exam day • Arrive early & plan to stay until end of test – no late arrivals/early dismissals on test day
