 The school policy against discrimination includes both students, teachers and all the other

The school policy against discrimination includes both students, teachers and all the other employees. There are certain regulations that need to be observed. There also special commissions that are responsible for reacting against discrimination. The most important are:

1. Ethics Committee whose members are chosen from among all school’s employees. Their task

Teachers Code of Practice document - describes teachers’ responsibility for their deeds aimed at others: students, their parents and the colleagues.

Act of Equal Treatment in Employment - according to which all the employees have equal rights, it concerns mostly equal treatment of women and men. This document also describes examples of direct and indirect discrimination and the ways they should be prevented and eliminated from the school.
