ANTI-DISCRIMINATION SCHOOL POLICY

The school policy against discrimination includes both students, teachers and all the other employees. There are certain regulations that need to be observed. There also special commissions that are responsible for reacting against discrimination. The most important are:

1. Ethics Committee whose members are chosen from among all school’s employees. Their task is to take official action if the ethical norms are violated. 2. Teachers Code of Practice document - describes teachers’ responsibility for their deeds aimed at others: students, their parents and the colleagues.

3. Employees Code of Practice - describes the standards of conduct which guarantee high moral values of the employees, values connected with their work. 4. In-hose Anti-Mobbing Policy which states that any kind of behaviour that can be described as mobbing will not be tolerated by the employer ( the school's principle )

5. Anti-Mobbing Committee - is devised to take a legal action if there is a case of an act of mobbing. 6. Act of Equal Treatment in Employment - according to which all the employees have equal rights, it concerns mostly equal treatment of women and men. This document also describes examples of direct and indirect discrimination and the ways they should be prevented and eliminated from the school.
