CATTLE SAFETY Cows are known to kick and can cause serious injury Cattle can get loose during the fair if spooked Cattle can step on your foot and cause serious injury CAUTION: stay back away from the cattle at the fair.

TURTLE SAFETY Pet turtles carry the risk of salmonella on their skin and shells Caution: be sure to wash your hands after touching any reptiles and amphibians.

POULTRY SAFETY Chickens and eggs carry have potential to carry the disease E. Coli. Never eat raw chicken or eggs including: • Cookie Dough • Undercooked Chicken • Cake Mix

DOG BITE SAFETY Most dogs will bite if they are frightened. Caution: • 1. Ask permission before petting. • 2. People recognize by sight, dogs by scent. So let them smell you. • 3. A loose dog maybe a threat or scared, leave it alone. • 4. If you run away from a dog they may chase you because they think it is a game. You are better to just stay very still.
