Chapter 2 Questions What causes the animals to finally rebel against Mr. Jones and his four farmhands? Answer: They were tired of not being fed because Mr. Jones was too drunk to remember to feed them. How does the behavior of the pigs foreshadow their eventual leadership positions? Answer: They take advantage of the ignorance of the other animals which foreshadows their future seizing of power.
