Anglistics Study Programme TRANSLATE THE SENTENCE BELOW: • Ovim i zvanično potvrđujem da je Ugovor o zakupu, ali i Ugovor o prodaji/kupovini ništavan. • Odredbe Ugovora nisu eksplicitno naznačene, nego su implicirane. • Sporazum između dve strane ističe krajem narednog meseca i biće potrebno da se obnovi. • U skladu sa Zakonom o visokom obrazovanju – potrebno je uneti izmene u Statut. • Na osnovu povratne reakcije/informacije polaznika, komentari u vezi sa obukom biće uneseni u Zapisnik sa sastanka. • Ugovorne obaveze su uvek napismeno naznačene. • Potrebna je saglasnost obe strane, odnosno uzajamna saglasnost – za sve potencijalne izmene. • Relevantni ugovori su nastali „pod pečatom“.

Anglistics Study Programme TRANSLATE THE SENTENCE BELOW: Parties have no right to claim any legal remedies. The aforementioned provisions must be applied. You can find the needed contract herewith attached. All the disputes that might arise from the Contract will be solved before the Court of Appeal. The matter is not under the jurisdiction of the institution. Should any breaches of the Contract take place – the Contract itself shall be immediately cancelled. The criminal should be prosecuted without any further delay. What we aim to achieve is off-court settlement.
