Član 2. Predmet ovog ugovora je zakup stana koji se izdaje kao namešten. Član 3. Stan se izdaje na neodređeno/određeno vreme, od _________, i to od _____, do _____, s tim što posle isteka ugovorenog perioda postoji mogućnost produženja ugovora.

Ugovorne strane su saglasne da mesečna zakupnina iznosi _____ dinara, uz depozit u visini jedne mesečne zakupnine, a plaćanje zakupnine je mesečno, za tekući mesec unapred. Član 5. Član 9. Zakupodavac ima pravo da jedanput mesečno obiđe stan i proveri plaćene račune, s tim što dolazak mora da najavi jedan ranije.

Ovaj ugovor prestaje: a) protekom ugovorenog roka; b) sporazumom stranaka; c) jednostranom izjavom volje jedne ugovorne strane sa otkaznim rokom od 30 dana. Član 12. Zakupodavac će zakupcu vratiti iznos depozita u punom iznosu posle njegovog izlaska iz stana, pod uslovom da u stanu nije pričinjena šteta i da su svi računi koji padaju na teret zakupca plaćeni.
