Andrey Shwidkiy nasceu em Lugansk na Ucrnia em

Andrey Shwidkiy nasceu em Lugansk, na Ucrânia, em 10 de março de 1960. Começou a pintar com 12 anos de idade. Andrey decidiu pintar um tema muito simples, mas vital - o homem e as coisas que o cercam. Em 1979 graduou-se no “Lugansk State College of Arts” e em Arte Decorativa, pelo “Harkiv Art Industrial Institute”, em 1985. Desde 1999 é membro da “National Union of Artists” da Ucrânia. Atualmente vive e trabalha em Lugansk e suas obras fazem parte de coleções privadas nos Estados Unidos, Alemanha e Inglaterra.
