At least once during the programming period, an evaluation shall assess how support from the ESI Funds has contributed to the objectives for each priority" OPs have between 1 and 52 Specific Objectives (average 15); • Therefore, need to use limited resources intelligently to Ø to ensure clear coverage at programme level of efficiency, effectiveness and impact, and Ø to plan evaluations to deliver evidence on impact and how it can 4 be improved.
