What We Learned From Next Steps Weekend: Need To Do • Live our common vision • Use our canvass to lay the groundwork for a combined annual/capital campaign • Grow our endowment • Prepare for a building program and capital campaign – Building Planning Task Force – Capital Campaign Task Force 4
Goals • Improve accessibility along 4 dimensions – – Physical Collaborative Community Technological • Plan a program of phased renovations to our three building “campus” that improves accessibility & our technology capacity 5

Physical Provide improved accessibility to the sanctuary, 2 nd floor meeting rooms and offices, vestry, and chapel Community Provide space that addresses community needs and is safe and welcoming to guests Collaborative Technological Design space to facilitate greater collaboration between staff, congregants Improve our capacity for wireless, live of all ages, and the wider community streaming and social media to align with emerging media, faith formation and learning opportunities 6
“Option B” 5 Elements + technology upgrades for our 3 building “campus” • Elements 1 & 2 – Build new Westford St. entrance to provide accessible entry and new space; relocate staff offices; add new elevator and stairs; additional bathroom capacity – Raise chapel roof to create new meeting rooms • Element 3 – Build new Alliance Parlor • Element 4 – Knock out Narthex to add capacity in the sanctuary • Element 5 – Improve access to sanctuary from the vestry and plan upgrades to balcony • Plus – Significantly upgrade technology hardware throughout FP “campus” 7
