Our Growth Coaches We have a large experienced and independent pool of professional coaches • Coaches are selected in collaboration with you to match your unique business needs • They offer a flexible and tailored approach • Coaching typically takes place over a period of three to nine months, depending on the deliverables of your project • They often provide sector expertise • Coaches are paid by Growth Accelerator based on delivery and results Document Title Version X Date
The Growth Assessment Understanding Your Growth Aspirations and Challenges • Initial telephone discussion – is the scheme right for your business? • Completion of interactive assessment tool GROWTHmapper • Small amount of financial information is collected by Growth Manager • Face to face meeting with Growth Manager to discuss the GROWTHmapper results and agree the core themes of the Growth Coaching Project • Scope of Support document drafted (specifying the growth coaching project) contracts are signed, the growth coach is introduced and work commences • The Growth Manager is your dedicated point of contact throughout Document Title Version X Date
