Placement and transferring retentive caps. Retentive caps inserted into the denture base n On the model in the lab. Fix Retentive cap before taking impression. Retention cap could be picked up with the impression. It is recommended to use very hard impression material to grant the right position of the cap. Two or more caps could be connected with autopolymirizing acrylic resin. Once the impression had been obtained, Ball Abutment screwed into the implant analog and inserted to the retentive cap, which remained inside the impression (or together inserted into the impression). Placement and transferring retentive caps. n Chair side transferring retention caps: Fixing retention cap before transferring in the mouth. After retention caps are aligned, undercuts need to be blocked (irrigation tubing cut and fitted on the ball abutment or light cured blocking resin could be used). Non-parallel implants is not a problem.

Placement and transferring retentive caps. Try the prosthesis in the mouth and check if the spaces (for the caps) large enough. Fill the holes with the self-curing resin and position the prosthesis in the mouth. When the resin hardened, take away the prosthesis and eliminate blocking resin. Refine the exceeding resin.
