The itinerary ● April 11 th (Saturday) to April 18 th (Saturday) 2015 Seattle Public Schools’ Spring Break vacation ● April 11 th: overnight flight to Paris-CDG Seattle

April 12 th Settling in and exploring by métro

April 13 th: Guided tour of Paris highlights, and a boat ride on the Seine.

April 14 th Visiting the Chateau de Vincennes, a culinary walking tour, and an evening visit to the Louvre.

April 15 th Exploring the catacombs and Père Lachaise cemetery

April 16 th Versailles in the morning, and an afternoon of options

April 17 th Walking the Luxembourg gardens, playing pétanque, and options in the afternoon (Le Musée d’Orsay, peut-être? ) o A special dinner option this evening

April 18 th - return home

Some notes on. . . Passports ● Students’ passports should be valid for 6 months from the return date ● If your student doesn’t have one, start the process now ● Leave a photocopy at home and bring several with you ● If your student doesn’t have an American passport, check visa requirements

Some notes on. . . Cash, Credit Cards, ATM Cards ● Students should have 50 Euros before leaving ● Banks must be notified before student leaves country (sometimes repeatedly!) ● Currently at 1. 37 euros to the dollar o ATMs tend to offer good exchange rates
