I have never had any sort of nutrition myself where I take it I haven't what the food and trying to me I'm sorry to eat it and then I'm just I'm done it's not like I was really hungry before and then I was really full afterwards it was just.

Your body's appetite to plummet entirely yeah and you know even if you're following there's obviously different variations of a carnivore diet some people choose to incorporate eggs or not incorporate eggs but even on that you're still really restricting your food choices where if you're sitting down you're having a meal even if it's a pound of steak or a pound of burger. There's only gonna be so much of that you're gonna want to eat and there's only so much palat ability that you're gonna get from that right it's a super easy way.
