ALL ABOUT ME – SEVENTH GRADE 1. Personal Profile: (10 Points) Follow the model on p 22 of your text book. In addition, you must include your Jewish birth date. 2. Schooling: (15 Points) a) Which kindergarten (nursery school) did you go to? b) Which primary school did you go to? c) Tell us about something interesting or funny or special that happened to you in ONE of these schools. 3. Celebrations: (15 Points) a) What was you favourite birthday or family celebration (for example: Bar Mitzvah / Bat Mitzvah / wedding)? Why? b) What is your favourite Jewish Holiday? Why? c) How do you celebrate your favourite Jewish Holiday? 4. Diary Entry: (10 Points) Write a dairy entry telling us how you spend one of your days. Share some of your feelings and thoughts with us.
5. Visual Presentation: (20 Points) Your project must be accompanied by a Power. Point presentation in which you include the written work of points 1 -4 with added pictures. Make sure that every picture has a caption. There must be at least 5 pictures. 6. Oral Presentation: (30 Points) Sections 1 – 3 must be spoken without reading from a page. You may, of course, have a page in front of you to remind you of what you wrote but you may not read the whole presentation, Only section 4. The Diary Entry, must be read.

All About Me By : Eden Teboul
Personal Profile: My name is Eden and I live in Modiin. I live on Shivte Israel street. It is pretty and quiet. I am thirteen years old and I'm in the 7 th grade. My birthday is on February 24 th. I have one brother, Ziv 24. and two sisters, Gal 20 and Adva 11. I love pop music and my favorite band is One Direction.
Schooling: I went to Leshem kindergarden. I went to Keshet primary school. When I was in 6 th grade I needed to read something in English in front of the whole class and I was under pressure. Because of that I moved my head all the time. Then I banged my head against the wall.
Celebrations: My favorite birthday is my Bat Mitzvah because all my friend were there and I love to go get a dress and to put on makeup. My favorite Jewish holiday is Passover because I love to organize my room and to eat matzot. I celebrate Passover by going to Dimona. We make a dinner with my whole family. We read the “hagada”, sing “ma nishtana “ and eat matzah.
Diary Entry: Today is Wednesday. I wake up at 6: 30 am. I shower at 6: 35. At 7: 00 I finish the shower and get dressed. I put food and a water bottle in my bag. I go to school by bus at 7: 40. When I arrive I have time to be with my friends. I study 4 hours(until 12: 00). I get home by bus. I eat my food and when I finish eating I do my homework. At 16: 00 I put all I need for tomorrow in my bag. Then I am free to talk with my friends. Later I play on the phone or on the computer. Then I read a story on my cell phone that is called “after”. I eat dinner at 21: 00 and at 22: 00 o’clock I get to bed.

ENGLISH PROJECT - SPAIN
Spain mainland borders to: The South and East by the Mediterranean Sea. The North and Northeast by France and the Bay of Biscay. The West and Northwest by Portugal and the Atlantic Ocean.
The national emblem called coat of arms Spain’s national emblem is a sign of a shield divided into four quarters representing the four kingdoms that were merged into one kingdom in the late 15 th century. The kingdom of Castile, represented by a golden castle on a red background The Kingdom of Leon, represented by a purple lion on a silver background The Kingdom of Aragon, represented by four red stripes on a gold background
The Kingdom of Navarre, which is represented by a set of golden chains attached on a red background. Located above the shield is a golden crown of the Kingdom of Spain, representing the Spanish monarchy. On both sides of the shield there are Pillars of Hercules, Gibraltar and Ceuta crowned one of the Spanish crown and the second crown of Emperor of Austria, and surrounding them a scroll with the motto Spanish "PLVS VLTRA" (even beyond).
THE NATIONAL FLAG The flag of Spain, is a Tri-Band flag design in Red and Yellow, On the left side of the yellow line the symbol of Spain is located.
CAPITAL CITY AND POPULATION Spain’s capital city is Madrid The population of Spain is 48 Million people. Most people in Spain are Christians, but there also Muslims, Jews and other religions.
NATIONAL LANGUAGE The spoken language in Spain is Spanish.
NATIONAL FOOD The national food is Paella is a rice dish. There are many versions of the dish with different components. The Paella usually includes vegetables, meat and seafood. Three main components of the dish are Rice, Saffron and Olive Oil.
NATIONAL SPORT The national sport in Spain is football. There are many football clubs in Spain but the most famous are Barcelona and Real Madrid. Spain is also known for its great Basketball and Tennis
SPECIAL LANDMARK Sagrada Familia is a church located in Barcelona. The church was designed by the architect Antoni Gaudi. The construction of the church began in 1883. It was stopped for the first time in 1926 due to the sudden death of Gaudi. Construction was resumed in 1946 after much controversy regarding the continued work , as Gaudi did not leave plans before his death. The second time the construction of the church was halted was during the Spanish Civil War. The construction of the church was renewed again after the war. The construction of the church continues to this day and will continue for many years. The church is one of the most important tourist attractions of Barcelona.
FAMOUS PERSONALITYPablo Picasso (25 October 1881 -8 April 1973) was a Spanish painter and sculptor, founder of Cubism and one of the greatest artists of modern art in the Twentieth Century. Pablo Picasso was born in Malaga. His family name came from his mother’s side. Pablo Picasso became a trademark. He inherited the love for Painting and Sculpture from his father. On April 8, 1973 Pablo Picasso died, while he and his wife Jacqueline entertained friends for dinner.
