ALL ABOUT ME

List 3 skills you have gathered from the last two trimesters and next to each one tell us how they have helped you. 1. Research it helped me to find out more about the subject and many different information. 2. Editing (Photoshop ) helped me so I could use many different effects for my pictures to stand out and look interesting and creative. 3. Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) helped me to crop few bits out my videos and also add soundtrack to my videos , used many effects to make my videos stand out and interesting. I am really proud of my Radio piece because it has everything included that a radio shows should have and also it sounds fun and many people enjoyed listening to it , I have added few jingles , music and little gossip about celebrities. Which medium do you feel is your strongest? Radio because I enjoy doing it and if you enjoy doing something it comes out better. Which medium do you feel you need to develop? Editing I’m not really good at using Photoshop but I’m learning.

Things I like to change? People to accept other people from different backgrounds. People to accept each other. People to stop being so fake. Ideas for my FMP : Documentary on Poland Everything about Poland , the difference between 2 cultures ( English & Polish ). How they celebrate different occasions e. g. Christmas , Easter … How do weddings look like in Poland what do Polish people wear. What the difference between the food English and Polish people eat , different beliefs , what places are the best to go in Poland , I would like to film this and use Adobe Premier to change few bits around also add few sound effects. Strength : I am Polish myself so I know a lot about Poland been living in the UK for 9 years so I can talk about the differences between Poland England. Weaknesses: I will need someone to help me with editing and using Adobe Premier Opportunities : Know the difference between two countries it can be very factual Threats : If I was to edit this on my own without help I could press wrong option on Adobe Premier and my video could be destroy. This will force me to practice editing better.

IDEAS FOR MY FMP : INTERCULTURAL RELATIONSHIPS It’s about people from two different countries being in relationship or married , what the difference between them ? Different interest , different taste of food , Do people think its challenging ? What do others think about it ? How does it work out ? Is it any good ? Would they recommend it ? Would English parents allow their children to get married to someone else from different country ? Strengths : Personally I’m in intercultural relationship so I could say a lot about it and how does it work out, and what are the differences between intercultural relationship. Weaknesses : I don’t know many people in Intercultural relationships. Opportunities : Knowing the differences between intercultural relationships for your own benefit. Threats : Many people will find it wired or maybe hard and might decide not to ever get in intercultural relationship.

IDEAS FOR MY FMP : MOVING TO OTHER COUNTRY AT YOUNG AGE How does it feel like ? When you move to other country at young age , what are things you miss ? What are things you like and dislike ? I moved to England when I was 9 at first I didn’t even know how to say hello I wanted to go back to Poland missed my family , friends , food! There are many things I could say about moving to England how does it feel when you don’t know anyone , you don’t know the language after 2 weeks being in the UK I went to primary school I didn’t know you have to wear school uniforms because in Poland you don’t ! Strengths : My personal experience and knowing how it feels like and can say a lot about it. Weaknesses : I don’t know anyone else who moved to England at the young age Opportunities : People who have children will find out how difficult it was for their kids at first. Threats : Might scare few people of and put them off if one day they will have to move to another country.
