ALEXANDRE MONNIER Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Wealth Sustainability President of the Hawthorn Institute for Family Success Alexandre Monnier is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Wealth Sustainability of Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth®, a business dedicated to serving the needs of individuals and families with investable assets in excess of $20 million. The overall purpose of his role is not only to help prepare wealth for families, but also to prepare families for their wealth. In this capacity Alexandre oversees a number of business initiatives, most notably leading the development of a new institute for Hawthorn offering a suite of strategic services catering to the unique needs of ultra-high net worth families by identifying traits that enable clients to succeed despite the many complexities of wealth. Alexandre joined Hawthorn from Family Office Exchange (FOX), a renowned global community of wealthy families and their advisors working together with FOX to address the complex needs of ultra-high net worth clients. As President, he grew the organization to serve over 500 families and advisors across 27 countries. He led his team of subject matter experts in helping clients with issues spanning family vision, wealth governance and education, legacy preservation and leadership succession, and risk management. His work in this role expanded FOX's ability to provide advice, education and networking opportunities to their clients. Alexandre has extensive experience understanding and serving ultra-high net worth families having led the development of Pinnacle. Care, a bespoke health advisory service, and having run Skyjet, the private jet travel arm of Bombardier Aerospace. He has been a regular speaker at ultra-high net worth conferences and events, and has been frequently quoted in the media on a broad range of issues including wealth sustainability, family enterprises, multi-generational wealth planning, Single and Multi Family Office best practices, and wealth management trends.
