Design History Project will consist of replacing the obsolete structure with a split leaf eastbound two-lane with sidewalk and westbound three-lane, low-level, fast acting, pit bascule bridge located south of and parallel to the existing bridge’s centerline. The approach roads include all transportation network tie-ins on either side of the bridge, including intersections. The existing bridge will be demolished.
