My Teaching Philosophy I believe that: * a child's potential creativity is to be nurtured * a child needs to be able to express their own ability and be encouraged to do so * the learning environment must be a diverse environment, offering a wide range of inclusive experiences, and will consider the learning needs and abilities of each child * the learning environment is play-based, full of both structured and unstructured experiences, where learning is fun, educational and enjoyable, as well as warm, friendly, safe, and welcoming * all stakeholders-parents, teachers, and students, work in cooperation, and are encouraged to participate for the improvement within the learning environment, as well as in the community * all children need to feel respected, and valued giving them a sense of belonging * through the experiences offered in the environment, children will be supported to become critical thinkers and confident learners, in all developmental areas including socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically
