SDR Monthly Report Query Screen Select Desired Country This is the SDR Monthly Report main input screen. Select your desired Monthly Report as follows: 1. For FMS customers, your “Country” field is automatically populated based on login ID. USG users may select desired country code. 2. The query defaults to the ‘LATEST’ available report. Use month/year drop-down menus to select a different month/year. Please note that while previous months are available, they are historical and will not show current SDR status. 3. Click “Select” button.

SDR Monthly Report Features • Available 1 st day of month … SDR status report of SDR activity as of end of previous month • Two sections – Open SDRs • SDRs opened during previous month display “*” in first column • Identifies Open SDRs awaiting materiel return – MRSD—Materiel Return Suspense Date date materiel due back to USG – MRVD—Materiel Return Verified Date Displays ’Due In’ or Date Materiel Verified back in USG custody – Completed SDRs • • SDRs completed during previous 3 months Displays ‘*’ in first column first month SDR moves to completed status Activity Response Code SDR decision Billing Adjustments Verified financial adjustments, if applicable • Description of columns/data displays at end of report • Printer friendly option/Excel download feature
