Objectives of common transition • To inform the new members of what is happening in their Local community so as to aid their program experience • To raise awareness of what is happening in all the programs offered for both personal and general gain. • To set clear expectations about the strengths and weaknesses of LC AUTh so as to inspire members to contribute efficiently and realistically.
LC AUTH HISTORY • Was 1991 • 13 students from the Polytechnic • Went jointly to Head. Co with Uom • First office: armenopolou • 2005 -office in university • 2008 -20 exchanges (18 TNs of summer camps) • First LC who ran summer camps(Skouras/Eleones) • 2008 -we get burned • 2009/10 -firstr local projects • 2011 -24 exchanges 2011_IT IS YOU
WHAT IS MY FELLOW MEMBER DOING? IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EVERYBODY KNOWS WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE OTHER PROJECTS BECAUSE: >everything we do happens through synergies what happens in other projects affects yours directly you know what other experiences exist so you know where to go next

COMM • UR responsible for the branding(image) of AIESEC in the university Responsible for the good relations of our LC with everybody who is anybody in the university • WEB responsible for online promotion

ER/F-External Relations and Finance • In charge of promoting us to companies and raising sponsorships • Branding towards companies • In charge of the financial flow and sustainability in the LC.
