Aurora Health Care • “Fair and Just Principles” • 환자안전과 관련된 각종 에러를 숨김없이 보고하도록 하기 위해서, 비징벌적인 문화 (nonpunitive culture)를 형성하도록 노력. • The program, developed by a steering committee of the Patient Safety Team, addresses issues related to a nonpunitive culture, including the "fair and just principles, " an algorithm to guide the organization's response to errors and near-misses, surveys to monitor the impact of the program, communication strategies, and tools to support adoption and everyday practice of the principles. • Aurora Health Care는 이 프로그램을 통해, 직원들이 의료과오 관련 사항을 보고하더라도 그것이 의도적인 것이 아니라 구조적인 것에 서 발생한 것이라면, 병원이 징벌적인 대응을 하지 않을 것이라는 인 식을 갖게 했다고 함
