“Projeto in. Disciplina” Misbehaviour Project Improving discipline at school
The Project “Misbehaviour” (improving discipline at school) is part of a plan of action that aims to tackle students’ misbehaviour; students who are usually examples of disruptive behaviour.
This project has the main aim of implementing a common strategy of action involving: - Students - teachers - non-teaching assistant staff - parents.
That strategy leads to pedagogical, preventive, dissuasive and integration purposes aiming at: - The respect for the rights of the students; - The fulfilment of the duties of the students; - The respect for the authority of teachers and nonteaching assistant staff; - The promotion of an atmosphere which facilitates success.

Misbehaviour Project (improving discipline at school)- structure “Horas Certas” On time - Aims at facing students’ lack of punctuality -> factor that causes distarbance in classes - Students who arrive late go to a special place at school where they stay with teacher. • students write down the reason for being late • parents are warned by sms
Permanent Intervention Office Monitoring misbehaviour office Individual monitoring of students by a tutor in articulation with their headteacher throughout the school year Whenever necessary parents, school psychologist, tutor-students and other structures may be asked to help
Meditation and wellness club - Strategies as meditation and relaxation are used to help students with repeated mishaviour - Lessons on citizenship are taught to classes showing problematic behaviour - Training is given to teachers, interested in working in this area
