Afternoon Sessions What could I do this afternoon? You are all being marvellous and we hope you are enjoying the qork we are setting. 1. Continue reading my school reading book. (or any other book for that matter!) Please remember to write a review about your book. 2. Practising my handwriting and spellings of Year 3 Common Exception words* 3. If you have learnt all the words take some of the words each week and write some interesting sentences adding as much detail in your sentence as possible. 4. Pick another activity from the topic list, Can you think of your own activity based around the ancient Greeks? * Please see next slide for those who do not have or have lost their spelling sheets. Pick 10 of your spellings from your fish sheet, practise them all week. Ask an adult to test you on Friday.

Topic Activities Year 3 Each activity should take between 2 – 6 hours as they require research to be carried out and need to be presented in a range of ways. We would advise that you spend a week on each activity. I have also added a second activity sheet for those of you who have completed the first sheet. ENJOY These are just some ideas and you may have other things you would like to do linked to your current learning in school. Please feel free to spend time exploring a subject that interests you and share your learning with us on our return.
