Continuous Improvement System
Elements of the Improvement Journey LEARN AND SHARE… What is our Data? an opportunity for the community of stakeholders to share their perspective and experiences and learn about how the work of the school impacts every stakeholder including, most importantly, students. EXAMINE AND PLAN… So what does our Data tell us ? a critical self-analysis examining the work of the school against a set of research-based factors. Engaging stakeholders in defining the vision for the school as well as setting the strategic direction to achieve the vision. ACT AND EVALUATE…Now what do we do with the information gleaned from the data analysis? initiate actions to begin the journey. Gather evidence of actions initiated and determine the results. Based on the results, determine with stakeholders the next steps necessary to advance the journey. © Advance Education, Inc.
